Before we begin any repairs on your vehicle, we’ll first obtain your approval. If insurance authorization is required, we’ll handle all communication directly with your insurance provider to ensure a smooth process.
At our collision center, we prioritize using high-quality OEM parts for all repairs to ensure the best results for your vehicle. Additionally, we have access to performance and specialty parts to meet your unique needs. Once the correct parts are ordered, our team promptly gets to work, delivering expert installation with efficiency and care.
Once all your parts have been received and checked in, our office will reach out to you with a start date and an estimated completion date for your repairs. If you need a loaner car, we’ll coordinate the arrangements during that call. Additionally, you’ll receive a reminder text message the day before your scheduled repair date.

After your vehicle passes inspection, our office will contact you to notify you of its completion and arrange a convenient pickup time. During pickup, we’ll guide you through signing any remaining insurance paperwork and provide details about any recommended follow-up care to maintain the long-term integrity of the repairs.
